Putting forward along with the " the Belt and Road" initiative,the foreign student’s education has received the widespread attention.It is of great significance to strengthen the education of foreign students,and deepen the understanding between the countries along the lines for China,as well as economic development and education cooperation.Under the impetus of the " the Belt and Road ",the education of China and ASEAN countries have become more frequent communication.A growing number of the Association of South-East Asian Nations international students came to China to study and set up a solid bridge all the way along the country for China and "neighborhood".Countries from the Angle of guarantee the quality of the education,which assimilation management were put forward.Due to the association of south-east Asian nations than domestic students,foreign students have different cultural background and living custom,which makes their education management work more complicated.With C university as an example,this study investigate the association of south-east Asian nations(ASEAN)to adapt to the situation about assimilation of management,the survey found that ASEAN foreign students from C university has four aspects of problems which assimilation management model.From the aspect of management system,the management authority of the specific division of labor is not clear.From the recruitment of student management level,college entrance threshold and single recruitment channels lead to the uneven distribution of the quality of the students.From the aspect of teaching management;student curriculum not targeted;the lack of Chinese curriculum management of students;students in the course of application system is a complicated operation;teachers level needs to be improved.From the aspects of service management;college life for service management to be perfect;management is not sound on student psychological health in universities;there are segregation between international students and local students.Therefore,this article is from the association of Asian nations(ASEAN)foreign students to the adaptability of assimilation management mode objectively analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the association of Asian nations(ASEAN)foreign student’s assimilation management,respectively from the management system,recruit students management,teaching management and service management four aspects to collect targeted to improve the basis,and then puts forward the relevant countermeasures.From the aspect of management system,perfect the college management institutions,promote the coordination of various departments work.From the recruitment of student management level,improve the recruitment of student access mechanism;improve the quality of students;build a variety of recruitment channels.From the teaching management level,optimize student curriculum system;improve the students course application system;establish and improve the students of teacher training mechanism.From the aspect of service management,optimizing the service facilities for the construction of the campus life;pay more attention to the psychological adaptability of health education of the students;rich cultural activities of the students and the native students.The article put forward to promote the "Difference in the same" assimilation management pattern that can further motivate ASEAN foreign students not only to accept the cultural differences,faster increase their sense of belonging,and more conducive to improve the quality of international education.
