The Investigation Of The Training Mode Of The International Postgraduate Students From ASEAN In Guangxi,China

With the continuous advancement of the "the Belt and Road Initiatives"policy,the links between China and ASEAN countries in terms of economy and education have also been strengthened.Guangxi,by virtue of its geographical location,has become an important bridge for communication with ASEAN countries.With the strengthening of the connection,the number of international students coming to China is also rising,in the process of training international students,some problems have gradually become apparent.Postgraduate students belong to high-level talents,and their cultivation can not be ignored.Therefore,in the training of graduate students,we should not only consider the overall training objectives of the school,but also take into account the needs of society and the need to study in China and other factors.Therefore,in ASEAN to study in China graduate students in the training model should be adjusted according to their needs,and strive to cultivate high-quality talent.Taking Guangxi ASEAN to study in China as the research object,this paper uses the literature research method to define the training mode and its composition,and on this basis,carries on the text analysis to the Guangxi University student Training mode,uses the questionnaire survey method to the Guangxi ASEAN to study abroad graduate student to carry on the questionnaire survey.Based on the theory of variable force and the theory of educational ecology,this paper analyzes the training objectives,training process,training system and the present situation of the implementation of training evaluation in the training mode of graduate students studying in Guangxi,and finds out the problems and reasons in the training mode of graduate students studying in ASEAN.Finally,combined with the development trend of today's society,school development,the needs of international students,etc.,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of the training mode of the graduate students studying in China:standardizing the training goal,embodying the training characteristic,perfecting the training process,improving the training quality,optimizing the training system,perfecting the education mechanism of international students,strengthening the training evaluation.
