Based on the consideration of the growing development needs of students,China has built a basic framework for students to develop core literacy,which puts forward more requirements in the reform and development of the current school education system.In order to strengthen the education function of campus culture,this paper puts forward the view that campus culture and regional culture should be coupled to form an educational community,so as to realize the high development demands and mutual benefits between them,and to promote the cultivation of students’ core literacy.First and foremost,under the guidance of policy documents,this paper uses literature research method,key person interview method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method as the research methods.Moreover,based on the innovative research perspective of the development of students’ core literacy and taking the high school campus culture as the research objects,this paper analyzes the H middle school’s existed cases of the coupling between campus culture and regional culture as innovative research content and discusses the optimization strategies concerning coupling education of campus culture and regional culture in primary and secondary schools based on the development of students’ core literacy,so as to provide useful reference for the construction of campus culture.On the basis of literature research,this paper demonstrates the reasons,conjunction points,logic and value of the coupling of campus culture and regional culture,and fully explains their coupling necessity.Taking H Middle School in Chaoyang,Shantou as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of high school campus culture construction and the coupling of high school campus culture and Chaoshan regional culture.What’s more,in this paper,the author analyzes the existing cases of coupling activities in that school and offers her reflections.Through the investigation,interview and case analysis on the coupling of campus culture and regional culture in H middle school,this paper probes into the good foundation of coupling the campus culture with the regional culture in education that existed,which is the common understanding of educational function,the broad support of the masses and certain experience of activities.At the same time,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the coupling education of campus culture and regional culture in the school,that is,the negative attitude of teachers and students toward cultural coupling,the random situation of coupling,the loose organization of campus culture construction,the ineffective coupling media,and the low participation of students in campus cultural activities.After that,in this paper,it explores the reasons behind them,such as,the idea of coupling education lagging behind,the lack of standard coupling mode,the lack of professional development organization,the lack of update of coupling education media and the imperfect design of coupling activities.On this basis,in view of the current situation of campus culture construction in H middle school,this paper probes into the strategies of coupling education of campus culture and regional culture in primary and secondary schools based on the students’ development of core literacy,that is,clarifying the idea of coupling education,constructing the mode,perfecting the coupling education organization,strengthening the coupling education media,and carrying out the coupling education activities of campus culture and regional culture.
