| With the accelerating process of China’s industrialization and urbanization,and the unbalanced development of economic blocks,policies break the barriers that hinder the flow of population,orderly promote the citizenization of agricultural transfer population,a large number of rural surplus labor force gathered in large cities to realize their own development opportunities through hard work.By the end of 2017,the total number of migrant workers in China reached 290 million,from low-efficiency industries to migrant workers The transfer of high-efficiency industries from low wage jobs to higher wage jobs has improved the ability to raise families.Many children have become migrant workers’ children because they are not cared for by their parents in the countryside and come to the big cities.Based on the cognitive behavior theory and overlapping influence domain theory,this paper takes Zhenhai District of Ningbo City as an example.Combined with the national family education guidelines,in-depth interviews and observations were conducted with the families of migrant workers’ children in five areas,and questionnaires were distributed to related families to expand the base of the survey,so as to understand the current situation of migrant workers’ children’s family education,study the problems in their family education,and find that parents of migrant workers’ children ignored their family education responsibilities The content of court education is single,and intellectual education is more important than moral education;the family education of the children who move with the family is single,and the method is unscientific,and the parents do not set an example.In addition,a good educational environment and cultural atmosphere are also one of the aspects that need to be improved in such families.Due to too much dependence on school education and lack of thinking and sense of responsibility for family education,the parents of the children who move with them attach importance to the authority of their parents,let their children obey their orders,lack of care and companionship for their children,and the unequal relationship between their parents and children,the author tries to improve the internal and external environment Starting from the analysis of the influencing factors of the family education of migrant workers’ children,this paper provides suggestions from the four aspects of migrant workers,schools,communities and the government,to help migrant workers’ children to carry out family education scientifically and effectively,and to provide strategies to solve their family education problems. |
