| The problem of "underachievers" is a difficult problem that every educator has to face throughout the ages.The study of "underachievers" originated in the medical field,and since then,the psychological and educational circles have also made in-depth exploration.Therefore,this study takes primary school science curriculum as an example,analyzes the causes of "underachievers",conducts teaching practice by using systematic methods,and explores solutions for "underachievers" based on information technology.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,this study finds that the formation of "underachievers" is mainly influenced by three factors: family education,"underachievers" themselves and school education through observation and interview.First of all,the families of "underachievers" often have problems such as great economic pressure,low educational level of parents and lack of effective parent-child communication.Secondly,"underachievers" have low sense of self-efficacy and lack good study habits and learning ability.Finally,the unified evaluation method in school education,teachers’ negative expectation on "underachievers" and improper teaching methods also have negative effects on "underachievers".According to the system method,this study regards the problem of "underachievers" as a teaching system problem,and proposes the corresponding transformation strategy of "fusion information technology" according to the three factors affecting the system.In the aspect of family education,social software is used to strengthen the contact with parents and arouse parents’ attention to their children’s learning.In view of the problems of "underachievers",teacher creates successful experience for them to improve their sense of self-efficacy,cultivates their good learning habits with Dingding,helps them improve their learning ability and stimulate their thirst for knowledge.In school education,the application of evaluation software to promote the diversity of evaluation,give the "underachievers" positive expectations,the application of Xiwo whiteboard to enhance the classroom fun,to provide targeted personalized teaching for "underachievers".Through the three stages of teaching experiments,the program is constantly improved to achieve the best results.The results show that the study of the "underachievers" has undergone positive changes,the primary school science performance has significantly improved,basically achieved the expected purpose of this study.The practice proves that the solution to the problem of "underachievers" put forward in this study is feasible and effective. |
