| With the advent of information society and the rapid development of knowledge economy,higher requirements are put forward for the talent training specifications and quality in Colleges and universities.As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education bears the responsibility of cultivating high-quality and high-level technical talents for the country.Under the influence of lifelong education,higher vocational colleges should not only cultivate students to master the necessary technical skills,but also teach students to learn independently,which can not only increase the development space of higher vocational students,enhance their competitiveness after entering the society,but also conducive to the development of social.This study takes higher vocational students as the research object,uses the quantitative and qualitative research methods to analyze the overall situation of their autonomous learning,and explores the differences,problems and reasons in the four dimensions of autonomous learning motivation,learning content,learning strategies and learning results of higher vocational students under the influence of different variables,so as to put forward practical suggestions for improvement Their autonomous learning ability.This research includes the following seven parts: the first part is the introduction,including the introduction of research background,research purpose and significance,research content,research ideas and methods,combing domestic and foreign research review,concept definition,research innovation and deficiency.The second part is the theoretical basis of the study and the design of the survey.It mainly expounds the theoretical basis of this study,questionnaire design and quality testing,and the processing tools of survey data.The third part is the results and analysis of the survey,mainly including the basic situation of the research object,the overall situation of higher vocational students’ autonomous learning and the analysis of the differences among the variables.The fourth part is to analyze the problems of Higher Vocational Students’ autonomous learning through the preliminary survey data,which mainly includes four aspects:the lack of motivation,the lack of planning of autonomous learning content,the single autonomous learning strategy,and the lack of reasonable control of autonomous learning process.The fifth part explores the reasons behind the problems from three aspects of students,teachers and schools.In the sixth part,from the standpoint of educators,based on humanistic learning theory and lifelong education theory,the paper makes higher vocational students "wanting to learn","learning","enjoying learning" and "persisting in learning" from four aspects:promoting the formation of stable autonomous learning motivation,changing the traditional teaching strategies,building a good autonomous learning environment,and improving self-evaluation.So as to help higher vocational students improve their autonomous learning ability and realize their lifelong sustainable development.The seventh chapter is the conclusion part,which combs the conclusion of this study and the prospect of the follow-up research.This study starts from the current situation of higher vocational students’ autonomous learning,and finds some problems in higher vocational students’ autonomous learning through investigation and research,hoping to attract the attention of higher vocational colleges and the society.This study enriches the related research of higher vocational students’ autonomous learning,provides countermeasures for improving students’ autonomous learning ability,and promotes the development of students themselves and society. |
