With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,the demand for talents is increasing.Today in the 21 st century,the competition between science and technology and talents is increasing.The development of the society needs a large number of professional and technical talents.But in our country the professional and technical talents are in short supply.Therefore,the Higher Vocational and Technical College,which specializes in the training of high-skilled and applied talents,has received great support from the State and the region,With the rapid development and increasing scale,the number of students enrolled has increased.However,many problems have arisen since then.One of the problems is that students are tired of studying,If this problem can not be solved well,it will directly affect the development of Higher Vocational and Technical College,and then affect the development of science and technology in China.Therefore,the phenomenon of students weariness of Higher Vocational and Technical College has aroused strong attention.Shaanxi is a big province of education,but also a big province of vocational education.Education is an important support and sign of building a strong province in the west of Shaanxi.Because of the lack of experience in running a school and the differences in culture,in the process of developing higher vocational and technical education in China,Many students are tired of learning,leading to the slow development of vocational education,to change this phenomenon must study the causes of the phenomenon.The author takes Shaanxi Polytechnic Institute for example,which a national demonstrative higher vocational school,as the research object,to study the phenomenon of students weariness.Through the investigation of students of different vocational education colleges,different genders,different majors and different grades,the results show that,The investigation also summarizes the main manifestations and causes of students weariness.The conclusions are as follows,There are differences in colleges,gender,specialties and grades in higher vocational education students weariness of study phenomenon,There are many reasons that cause the students to be tired of studying in higher vocational colleges,such as the internal factors of the students themselves,the family environment,the school atmosphere and the external factors of the social atmosphere.The students own factors and the school atmosphere are the main reasons that influence the students study,and the family environment and the social atmosphere will also affect the students attitude to the study to some extent.Based on the analysis of the reasons,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.If we want to solve the problem of students weariness,we need the active cooperation and co-improvement of students,families,schools and society,The education department alone cant solve this problem,and put forward the following countermeasures: to enable students to understand themselves correctly and improve their quality;Communicate with parents in time,improve the quality of parents,create a good family environment;Strengthen investment in teachers,innovate teaching programs for teachers and improve students interest in learning;Perfect all kinds of school management system,make clear the learning goal,improve the students learning motivation;To create a social atmosphere suitable for the development of higher vocational colleges and to construct a teaching environment of family,school and social integration.
