Study On Influencing Factors "Golden Course" Construction Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Universities In Tianjin

General Secretary Xi Jinping especially emphasized in school’s ideological and political theory teacher’s symposium,the adolescent stage is “joint period” of life,and it needs to be carefully guided and cultivated.Ideological and political theory course is key course to implement fundamental task of establishing morality and nurturing talent.Teachers of ideological and political lesson have a great responsibility.So,based on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on ideological and political theory.Eliminating “water course” and constructing “golden course” of ideological and political theory is an inevitable requirement for universities to implement fundamental task of establishing morality and nurturing talent,and it is also a strategic requirement to train new talents who can assume the role of national rejuvenation.However,according to requirements of “golden course” construction of Ministry of Education in 2018,important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping at school ideological and political theory teacher seminar on March 18,2019,“Opinions on Deepening Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Schools in the New Era” issued by General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council in August of the same year,and so on.In teaching practice,it is found that current ideological and political theory courses in university,such as lack of sufficient classroom participation,less stringent classroom management,individual teachers’ irresponsibility,and students’ insufficient attention and many shortcomings,these problems hinder effect of establishing morality and nurturing talent of ideological and political theory courses.How to give full play to the key role of ideological and political theory course to implement fundamental tasks of establishing morality and nurturing talent,and create more “golden course” in ideological and political theory courses are issues that need to be considered by universities.In order to explore influential factors of construction of “golden course” of ideological and political theory courses in Tianjin universities,take eight universities as an example,a semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey was conducted to summarize main views of interviewed teachers and students.Using SPSS25.0,using Exploratory Factor Analysis,One-Sample T Test,Linear Regression,Independent-Sample T Test,One-Way Analysis of Variance and others for statistical analysis of sample data.The results found that factors of construction of “golden course” of ideological and political theory courses in universities are top-level design and evaluation system of universities,teachers’ moral qualities and abilities,effects of classroom teaching and practical teaching,students’ attitudes and evaluations,and the construction of teacher-student relationship.According to research results,it is proposed to strengthen top-level design of universities,improve evaluation system and incentive mechanism for ideological and political teachers;based on “six principles”,strengthen construction of teachers;implement “eight Unification” principle,improve quality and level of teaching,and enhance students’ sense of gain;improve curriculum assessment and evaluation system to promote teaching and evaluation;build democratic,equal,harmonious teacher-student relations,and other countermeasures.
