| Under the influence of lifelong education thought,countries around the world regard the development of teacher in-service training as the main way to promote teacher professional development.The "National Training Program",the largest in-service teacher training program in my country,is also in full swing.Research on the training effects of the sub-projects of the "National Training Program" has become more and more abundant,but existing studies have paid less attention to the "Project of Visiting Key Preschool Teachers to Famous Schools".As the most important part of preschool education,kindergarten teachers are complex in their work and large in demand,indicating that kindergarten teachers are the most in need of training.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the training effect of the visit to prestigious schools by key preschool teachers.This research focuses on the visit to famous schools by key early childhood teachers,hoping to understand the experience and gains of teachers participating in training,to find the typical performance and effectiveness of teachers using training results,in order to obtain an explanation of the project training effect,and then summarize the factors of training success.Provide targeted suggestions for the better development of the project.In order to achieve the above objectives,this research uses qualitative research methods.It takes two teachers who participated in the "Kindergarten Key Teachers’ Visit to Famous School Project" undertaken by H School in 2019 as the research objects,and uses self-compiled interview outlines to conduct in-depth interviews with the research objects.At the same time,it combines the physical analysis method to collect research data,and investigates and researches the effect of the project in promoting the professional development of key early childhood teachers with the Korotkoff four-level assessment model and the teacher change level model as the theoretical analysis perspective.Based on the professional development process of the two teachers after training,the conclusion of this study is that the "Kindergarten Key Teachers Visiting Famous School Project" organized by H School has been successful and has played an effective role in promoting the professional development of teachers.This study mainly summarizes the reasons for the success of the project from five levels: first,both teachers have strong motivation to participate in training;second,the organization and arrangement of the project are relatively reasonable;third,the training mentor team has a high Professionalism;fourth,the attention of the kindergarten with the post;fifth,the support of the leaders and teachers in the kindergarten.In order to better exert the positive impact of the project,this research proposes suggestions from three aspects: first,provide teachers with timely practical guidance to solve the puzzles and problems in practice;second,build a learning exchange platform for teachers to promote experience Summarize and share;third,establish a preschool education resource database to realize the sharing of educational resources. |
