With the arrival of the third wave of informatization in China,the country’s industrial structure has undergone tremendous changes.The emergence and application of big data and cloud computing have brought great challenges to students in vocational schools.How to improve the teaching quality and level of the "Office Automation" course for Computer Application Majors in secondary vocational schools,improve the professional level and employment competitiveness of Computer Application Majors in secondary vocational schools,and cultivate high-quality in line with social needs Laborers and technically-skilled personnel are particularly important,and at the same time,this is also a problem that needs to be considered and solved in secondary vocational schools.The "Office Automation" course,as a professional course that must be mastered by Computer Application Majors students in secondary vocational schools,is the main way for them to use computers to process text,data and obtain information resources,laying the foundation for students to use computers for employment and learning.But now the teaching process of the "Office Automation" course has encountered an unprecedented bottleneck.If you can not break through these problems one by one,the establishment of the "office automation" course in the secondary vocational school will be difficult to achieve the teaching goals.So what kind of dilemma did you encounter during the course teaching? How to update the teaching concept,improve the teaching methods in the existing teaching conditions,and give better play to the student’s dominant position? Which teaching method is more suitable for the development characteristics of vocational students? How should we implement it?With this series of problems,the author has continuously explored and experimented in the internship school and found that the task-driven teaching method has unique advantages in the teaching design of "Office Automation" course.This research investigates the problems in the actual teaching of the school by investigating the current situation of the teaching and learning of the "Office Automation" course in Xiangtan City Industry and Trade Technical Secondary school implement recommendations.According to the previous research,the author has carried out many teaching practices,repeatedly revised the teaching design,and finally designed a more reasonable teaching design case.Finally,the questionnaire survey was used to feedback and analyze the teaching effect,and the effectiveness of this teaching practice was demonstrated.
