| Teacher educators take it literally: teacher’s teacher.It is found that there are broad and narrow differences in the definition of teachers and educators,and it is divided into two stages: pre-service and post-service.In this paper,teacher educators are mainly defined in a broad sense,that is,all would-be teachers who provide educational instruction or conduct research on prospective teachers and their courses are included.The main task of teacher educators is to train and promote the professional development of prospective teachers.The importance of education to social development is self-evident,and more and more people begin to pay attention to the quality of teachers.Only when the quality of teachers is improved can the quality of education be better.If we want to improve the quality of teachers,we must first improve the quality of teachers,that is,teachers and educators.Only by improving the professional level of teachers and educators can the professional level of teachers,the object of education,be improved.Only teachers and teachers have a certain level of professional education can make the social education forward.Therefore,the professional development of teachers and educators should be guided and evaluated by corresponding professional standards.The purpose of this study is given no unified teacher educator professional standards in our country,and some foreign countries have already formulated the corresponding teacher educators to professional standards and revise is increasingly perfect,so the research of this paper is mainly through to borrow relevant foreign experience,come to the conclusion that our country should be the teacher educators to professional standards,hope to be able to play a promoting role in the development of teacher educators in China.This paper mainly USES literature method and comparative research method to study the subject of teacher educators and their professional standards.The main research idea is "Why China needs to build professional standards for teacher educators--why it can be built--how to build them".The paper is mainly divided into four parts:Introduction: including the background of the topic,research significance,literature review and research methods.The first part: mainly carries on the theoretical analysis to the teacher educator professional standard,including the teacher educator and the teacher educator professional standard definition,and from the formulation of the necessity and feasibility of thestandard analysis,as the theoretical basis for the construction of teacher educator professional standard.The second part: mainly introduces the specific practices of the United States and the Netherlands with relatively mature experience in constructing professional standards for teachers and educators,mainly including the development subjects,development process,main content,implementation,standard characteristics and other aspects of the two countries.The third part: according to the first two parts of theoretical analysis and study abroad experience,summed up the United States and the Netherlands in the construction of teacher educators to professional standards in the formulation subject,goal orientation,content structure,the implementation ways of common characteristics,and can we can draw some enlightenment for building teacher educator used by professional standards in our country.The fourth part: on the basis of the theoretical analysis,experience introduction and summary enlightenment in the first three parts,the author tries to preliminarily construct the professional standards for teacher educators in China,mainly including the concept,principle and specific content of the standards,and finally tries to construct the professional standard system for teacher educators in China. |
