| In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy and the rapid improvement of living standard,the "where to go after school" of primary school students,how to effectively solve the "3:30 phenomenon" and "supervision vacuum period" of primary school students have become the livelihood issues that the society generally pays attention to.In the urban areas with relatively superior conditions,after-school services are developing vigorously relying on the rich resources of schools and society.However,similar to the rural areas in Gushi County,rural primary schools have many difficulties in carrying out after-school services,which cannot meet the urgent needs of students,parents and schools.In rural Gushi county primary school,for example,F school for specific research and analysis about the present situation of after-school service,through the questionnaire survey,students and their parents to school teachers,school administrators have county bureau of education in charge of the leadership interview survey,from after-school service basic situation,goal,content,resources,and to evaluate five aspects insight into the current situation of rural primary school class service.According to the statistical results of the survey,the school has actively explored and accumulated certain experience in after-school service management,course content,methods and other aspects,which not only provide students with a safe and comfortable learning and living environment,improve students’ academic performance and basic skills,but also build the school’s brand and enhance its popularity.However,there are still some problems in after-school service of F school,such as vague target positioning,single content and form,lack of school resources and absence of evaluation system.The reasons are due to the imperfect relevant legal system,inadequate school management and low social participation.Aiming at the problems existing in the after-school service of rural primary schools,based on the experience of the after-school service of primary school students at home and abroad,and from the perspective of humanistic theory and educational public service theory,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: the government strengthens thefunction of public service;Schools to strengthen education and teaching management;All members of the community are actively involved.Through F school after-school service present situation,problems and countermeasures research,we want to take plane to emphatically consider how rural primary school class service out of the dilemma,we can try to in a systematic and comprehensive analysis of rural basic education and rural modernization of thinking the relationship between the overall environment,make full use of stock resources and results,to promote rural primary school class construction and research results to promote service system operation mode,establish a government-led,folk strength participation,public welfare organizations support the virtuous circle of development mode,improving the rural school education and management ability,make after-school service stride forward in the direction of normal,long-lasting,Let rural school after-school service play an important role in participating in the construction of rural education social support system,effectively improve the quality of education,promote and achieve educational fairness,run the people satisfied with the education. |
