Since the "13th Five-Year Plan",vocational education has developed with unlimited impetus and gradually highlighted Chinese characteristics.Among all kinds of educational forms,vocational education also has an important position.The progress of the country and the development of social economy are inseparable from skilled workers,which is the strong foundation to promote China’s manufacturing and creation.China’s vocational education is shouldering this,training tens of millions of high-quality workers,playing an important role of talent reservoir.Secondary vocational education is the focus of development in the field of vocational education.Through the reform and scale of vocational education in recent years,it has developed rapidly.However,China’s secondary vocational education copied the ordinary education model,lack of vocational education characteristics,resulting in poor students,poor reputation,difficult to adapt to the needs of the society for vocational education personnel.On the contrary,vocational education has become the pillar of social and economic development in Germany,which has carried out vocational education reform guided by action-oriented theory.The international business major of secondary vocational school also has many problems.It should be an important method to solve these problems to learn from German action-oriented teaching and to carry out education and teaching reform in combination with the teaching practice of international business education in secondary vocational schools in China.This paper is based on the German action-oriented teaching and the successful application in the field of vocational education,taking the course "import and export trade practice" as the object of teaching practice research.This paper takes "action-oriented" as the main line,from the relevant concepts and theories,through the actual investigation,using the method of education experiment to carry out research,taking Henan Economic and Trade Techngrapher College as an example,to the secondary vocational "import and export trade practice" course and teaching status,inductive analysis.The interview of teaching status is carried out on the basic situation of teachers and students,teachers’ professional ability and sense of identity,teaching concept and process.Questionnaire on course status is designed around students’ interests,habits,abilities and attitudes.The survey found that the teacher structure is more balanced,teaching pressure,traditional teaching methods are common,outdated teaching materials,low utilization of teaching equipment in secondary vocational teaching problems;It is difficult for students to improve their interest,develop habits and solidify their abilities.And from the school,parents,society three aspects,analysis of secondary vocational schools appear the reasons for the above problems.This paper focuses on the experiment of action-oriented teaching.The experimental conditions of the experimental class and the control class were strictly controlled from the aspects of students’ quality,teaching content,teaching process,teaching methods and teachers to ensure the reliability of the experiment.The "transaction negotiation" of the course is selected as the experimental content,and the teaching activities are completed by elaborately designing the teaching content and applying action-oriented teaching.In teaching,group teaching is organized,foreign trade situation is created,role playing is the main teaching method,the implementation of teaching application.After teaching,the evaluation scale was used and the teachers and students evaluated together.The effectiveness of teaching,collect students’ questionnaire and test results,and make judgment after data analysis.The experiment shows that the effect of action-oriented teaching is remarkable.Reflecting on this teaching experiment,it is found that action-oriented teaching is effective for the education reform of international business major in secondary vocational schools.However,in order to reform secondary vocational education under the guidance of action orientation,it is still necessary to continuously improve the quality of teachers,give full play to the main role of students,and create high-quality education and teaching resources,so as to realize its benign development.
