In recent years,China has paid more and more attention to vocational colleges.After the "three teachings reform" on teachers,teaching materials,and teaching methods,the vocational colleges have further requirements.Most teachers realized that a single teaching method could not keep up with the pace of vocational education reform in the new era,and the role-playing teaching method was gradually introduced into the vocational classroom.In the vocational tourism major,the simulated tour guide course as a professional skill direction course must be operated and drilled in order to ultimately improve the actual operation ability.At present,there are still single teaching methods in the classroom of the vocational tourism major,and the traditional teaching method still dominates.In the long run,the goal of vocational schools to cultivate high-quality skilled talents has not been achieved.This research is based on the research and review of the current situation of role teaching method at home and abroad,and integrates with various frontier theories.It mainly focuses on several aspects: whether the role-playing teaching method is used in the vocational simulated tour guide course,how effective is it currently used in the tourism classroom,and how the teachers and students evaluate this method after the simulated tour guide course is explored.The problems of the role-playing teaching method in the vocational simulation guide course,and specific suggestions are put forward in combination with the existing problems.The focus of the article is on the analysis of the current problems and countermeasures.In order to further study the application of role-playing methods in the simulated tour guide courses,the questionnaire survey method,interview method,classroom observation method and other methods are adopted to guide the professional tour guide classes of vocational schools.Of students conduct detailed investigations.Based on the principle oftaking internship schools as the mainstay and supplementing the surrounding schools,a combination of field surveys and online surveys was used to conduct student questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers in five schools in Henan,Hunan,Sichuan,Shandong and other provinces.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the in-depth mining of teacher interview materials,the application of role-playing teaching method in the vocational simulated tour guide course was analyzed.In-depth analysis of the unique problems in the use of role-playing methods in the vocational simulated tour guide courses,mainly from the three aspects of teacher feedback,students' reflection,and the limitations of the simulated tour course teaching content,and according to the vocational student classroom The situation is correct,and it is proposed to create a school atmosphere from the time of enrollment,to awaken self-esteem,build self-confidence,eliminate inferiority,and follow the temptation;before playing,teachers and students choose materials,fully prepare,connect the market,and actively mobilize;The focus is on appropriate content,role understanding,clear expression,and guiding response;after playing,pay attention to a series of suggestions such as demand,encouragement,orderly mutual evaluation,sublimation classroom,etc.,in order to provide substantive reference in the future vocational tourism classroom teaching.
