| Teaching and educating people are the two major tasks of teachers.In a sense,educating people is more important.The development of the new era,not only need scientific and technological personnel,but also need high-quality builders.The primary school stage is the enlightenment stage of the student period.In the class management,the class rules are generally adopted,but the class rules construction only pays attention to the standard function but does not pay attention to the education function.Teach students how to be human.Therefore,the study of primary school class regulation construction is extremely important.In order to investigate the current situation of primary school class planning construction,five primary schools were randomly selected in Henan Xinzheng Primary School.This paper uses the research method of investigation and interview to investigate students and teachers in detail.And choose one of the primary schools for five months of observation,for this paper to study the existing problems and countermeasures.First of all,the current situation of primary school class rules is investigated from four dimensions: the formulation of primary school class rules,the content of class rules,the implementation of class rules and the evaluation of class rules.Then,in view of the problems existing in the construction of primary school class rules,such as the single composition of the main body,the one-sided content of the class rules and the lack of development and humanism,the low satisfaction of the implementation and supervision of the class rules,etc.Finally,starting with the mobilization of students to participate in the formulation of class rules,setting up the content of class rules with emotional education,and focusing on the supervision mechanism,this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the construction of primary school class rules.Hope this study can provide reference ideas and suggestions for first-line primary school teachers.Class rules are only a means and system of class management,not the main purpose,education and development of students is the purpose.Of course,different regions and grades need different characteristics of class planning construction.I hope that in the future research,through more literature reading,deeper practice and experience analysis to improve this. |
