| With the continuous maturity of physiology and psychology,boys in the higher grades of elementary school continue to have an awareness of gender differences,gender awareness has begun to increase,and their understanding of male and female teachers has gradually deepened.However,with the vigorous development of basic education in our country,the problem of female of the teacher group has become increasingly prominent,and the problem of the growth of boys in elementary and high schools caused by this has attracted attention.This research adopts a qualitative research method,enters the school field,and penetrates into the male group of high school students in elementary school.Using literature analysis,in-depth interviews and narrative research methods to collect the original data on the growth of boys in the high school of elementary school,use the three-level coding to log in to the core concepts to conduct a high-level inductive analysis of the growth of boys in the high school of elementary school,and explore why they came into being How do these growth problems get out of the "growth dilemma".The thesis is mainly divided into four chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the research design ideas,the selection of research objects and the basic process of the research;the second chapter is the story narration of the fifth grade Yangyang.This chapter summarizes and analyzes Yangyang’s growth status and problems through interviews;Chapter Three is the story of sixth grade Haohao.This chapter summarizes and analyzes Yangyang’s growth status and problems;Chapter 4 analyzes the growth problems of primary school boys represented by Haohao and Yangyang,and explores why they have entered the "growth dilemma",including the lack of gender education,The class management is over-conservative,the teacher’s existence is based on gender differences,and the evaluation angle is partial to the feminine perspective.Chapter 5 is to explore the path and analyze how boys in the high school of elementary school can get out of the "growth dilemma",including paying attention to the gender differences of students and promoting duality.Sexual development;release the vitality of boys,achieve a degree of relaxation,attract men to teach,and balance the gender structure of teachers.This article will examine the current phenomena and problems in the growth of boys in the high school of primary school from the perspective of the female teacher group,awaken the reflection on education and teaching of male and female teachers in primary schools,so as to promote the overall physical and mental development of boys in the high school of elementary school.Boys develop healthy physical and mental health,optimize the team of primary and secondary school teachers,and enrich teacher education theories to provide references. |
