A Practical Study On The Training Curriculum Of New Teachers In Kindergarten

The first year of service for kindergarten teachers is an important period for the transformation of the professional knowledge to the professional ability,and it is also the most difficult stage for their vocational adaptation.Therefore,this study focuses on the construction and optimization of the training program for new kindergarten teachers in their first year of service,to provide targeted assistance to new kindergarten teachers for the first year of professional growth.G kindergarten was selected as a typical case in this study.The original induction training program of the garden was sorted out,and the training effect of the original scheme was investigated using questionnaires and interviews,to fully understand the original taining status of the new teachers in the garden.After synthetically analyzing the domestic industry standards and the needs of new teachers themselves,the employers and the clients,a new induction training program was constructed on the basis of the original training program.Based on the new program,the new teachers in the garden were trained for one year.Finally,the training effect was evaluated by the methods of questionnaire and interview.Through the comparison and analysis of the two set of training programs on the objectives,contents,forms and training effects,this study concludes the training steps and strategies more suitable for the professional growth of new teachers,and forms a first year training program for new kindergarten teachers after further optimization.The design of the training program can relieve the working pressure in the first year for the new kindergarten teachers in Nanchang city,and make a better start for their teachers' career.Furthermore,this study deepens the practical systematic research on the basis of theoretical research,so that the research results provide reference within a certain range.
