Research On Rural Human Capital Investment In Linzhi From The Perspective Of Entrepreneurship And Innovation

At present,China’s economy has entered a new normal,and the mode of economic growth is gradually shifting from extensive to intensive,and the economic growth momentum has gradually shifted from factor investment to innovation.At the Sixth Tibet Work Symposium,the General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the party’s strategy for the management of Tibet,pointing out that improving people’s livelihood and rallying people’s hearts should be the starting point and the final result of economic and social development.Under the leading of the party’s strategy for the management of Tibet,the Tibet Autonomous Region resolutely implements the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee,concentrates on development,and promotes the Tibet economy to enter a period of rapid development with improved quality and efficiency.The GDP of the region has remained at two consecutive levels for 26 years.With the increase in the number of digits,the per capita disposable income of urban residents has increased by more than 10% annually,and the per capita disposable income of rural residents has increased by about 13%annually.However,it cannot change the economic growth of Tibet mainly depends on the status quo of central finance and local fiscal expenditure.The contribution rate of human capital factor to economic growth is small,and the kinetic energy of sustainable development is insufficient.Only the coordinated development of physical capital investment and human capital investment can be good to promote the sustainable and stable development of Tibet’s social economy.The technological development factor based on human capital is the key factor for the transformation of economic growth mode from extensive to intensive.Especially for Tibet in a special economic and social environment,how to highlight the advantages of human capital in Tibet’s economic growth,and give full play to the role of rural human capital in Tibet in promoting economic growth.It has important research significance and practical guiding significance.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of human capital through the review of human capital related literature at domestic and abroad,expounds the connotation and significance of human capital,and uses qualitative,quantitative and qualitative methods,such as literature research,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and comprehensive analysis.The combined method is used for analytical research.It is the innovation of this paper to explore the status quo of rural human capital investment in Tibet from the perspective of entrepreneurship and innovation.By analyzing the rural human capital investment and the status quo of innovation and entrepreneurship in Tibet,combined with the use of SPSS software to study the influencing factors of the formation of peasant workers’ capital.In this paper,the main problems in the process of human capital investment of Tibetan farmers appearing in the analysis process,as well as the causes of these problems,are analyzed in depth.
