With the continuous acceleration of China’s urbanization process and the increasing demand for urban construction land,a large number of suburban farmland is occupied, and the number of landless farmers is increasing. After the land requisitioned and relocated farmers move to the city, their production, life and even behavior patterns are forced to change, resulting in the problem of urban integration of suburban landless farmers.Cities put forward greater requirements and challenges for the comprehensive quality and lifestyle of suburban landless farmers.Subject to the huge differences between urban and rural development, the overall level of human capital of suburban landless farmers is generally low.The psychological gap caused by the inability of human capital level to adapt to the city will also affect their psychological capital. The two constitute an important blocking factor in the process of suburban landless farmers’ urban integration. Therefore, how to improve the level of human capital and psychological capital of suburban landless farmers and promote their economic, social, cultural and psychological integration into the city will not only help to solve the problem of urban integration of suburban landless farmers, but also help to improve the quality of urbanization and socialist modernization at this stage.Based on the three theoretical foundations of human capital theory, urban integration theory and psychological capital theory, this paper takes human capital and psychological capital as the starting point, focuses on the suburban landless farmers who have obtained urban hukou, and adopts the research method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research. This paper extracts three indicators of human capital, such as education, job training and health status,as independent variables, takes economic integration, social integration, cultural integration and psychological integration as four dependent variables of urban integration, and introduces psychological capital as intermediary variables for empirical analysis.Select the suburban demolition and resettlement communities such as B,Z and J in Bazhou District,Bazhong City,Sichuan Province as the research object, through questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and SPSS23.0 Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, factor analysis and significant difference analysis were carried out.On this basis,AMOS23.0 construct the structural equation model of the impact of human capital on urban integration and the intermediary model of psychological capital on human capital and urban integration,so as to verify the research hypothesis proposed in this paper. It is found that human capital not only directly affects the urban integration of suburban landless farmers, but also indirectly affects the urban integration of suburban landless farmers through its psychological capital.Human capital has a significant impact on the urban integration of suburban landless farmers, and psychological capital has an intermediary effect on the urban integration of suburban landless farmers.Based on the above research conclusions, the author suggests from the government level that we should strengthen the human capital of suburban landless farmers, cultivate the psychological capital of suburban landless farmers, help suburban landless farmers integrate into the city, optimize the laws and policies related to land expropriation, improve the social security of suburban landless farmers, give full play to the role of social organizations and suburban landless farmers themselves, guide them to change their current ideas and actively obtain employment,So as to improve the human capital, psychological capital and urban integration level of suburban landless farmers.
