Research On The High Quality Development Of County Higher Education In The Process Of The Yangtze River Delta Integration

Higher education is an important platform for scientific and technological productivity and high-level talent training,and a booster for economic and social development.The integration of the Yangtze River Delta cannot be separated from the integration of regional higher education.At present,the national strategy of integration of the Yangtze River Delta has entered a stage of in-depth implementation,which has brought rare opportunities to the development of county-level higher education and provided a valuable platform.Under this background,county-level higher education shall seize the opportunity,and use the cooperation platform to continuously improve the quality of education,while also making due contributions to regional economic and social development and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.This thesis mainly adopts the literature research method,case research method and investigation research method.This thesis collects useful information by literature search,field observation,interview investigation,expert consultation,etc.Throughout the standardized collation and systematic analysis of the data,this thesis finally finds out the existing problems and suggests countermeasures.First of all,combined with the implementation of the integration strategy of the Yangtze River Delta,this thesis makes elaborations on the new requirements for the development of county-level higher education,and provides a basis and reference for the description of the current situation,problem analysis,and countermeasures and suggestions below.Secondly,By taking Jiangsu Taicang S College as a case,this thesis illustrates the current situation of school development.Thirdly,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of school development from the dimensions of system mechanism,cooperative school running,transformation of scientific and technological achievements,employment and entrepreneurship,and social services.Finally,this thesis makes countermeasures and suggestionsfor the high-quality development of county-level higher education in the integration process of the Yangtze River Delta.The integration of education in the Yangtze River Delta will speed up the accumulation and flow of resources such as teachers,talents,and scientific researches,further improving the construction of systems and mechanisms.Research based on this background has theoretical and practical significance.Paper puts forward through establishing and perfecting the system mechanism,strengthen the talent team and faculty culture,deepen the subject construction and cooperation in running schools,to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological research and development,optimizing ways employment entrepreneurship and social services,and further promote the Yangtze river delta region the coordination of innovation and development of higher education,the county level for the Yangtze river delta integration development strategy to provide strong intellectual support.In the integration process of the Yangtze River Delta,colleges and universities in the region,especially the county-level colleges and universities,must firmly seize this development opportunity.While improving the quality of their own development,they must also contribute to the sustainable and healthy development of the county’s economy and society.
