Since the Chinese Economic Reform, under the leadership of the Party and thegovernment, our country’s pre-school education business has made greatachievements, and the new requirement of the pre-school teacher’s teamconstruction has been suggested with the vigorous development of therural pre-school education. However, the present situation is that there are stillmany problems, such as the low academic teachers, low wages for teachers,lacking of opportunities for teachers’ professional training after working, difficultprofessional development and so on. This research, using the methods of literatureanalyzing, observation, questionnaires and interview, will analyze the problems andcauses of the rural preschool teacher’s team construction in Mudan area of Heze andwill try to find the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthydevelopment of rural pre-school.This article discusses mainly from four aspects below.The first part, the preamble, based on the literature research, combs the relatedresearch of rural preschool teacher’s construction and summarizes related concepts ofrural preschool teachers’ team construction.The second part is about rural preschool teachers’ team construction situation ofMudan area. This article, mainly using the method of paper questionnaires andinterviews, sends100pieces of questionnaires in the town of Mudan area in Heze city,and the author communicates with the official workers and some rural preschoolteachers to know the current situation and existing problems.The third part is about the cause analyzing of rural preschool teachers’ teamconstruction.The forth part is about the countermeasures and suggestions for the ruralpreschool teachers’ construction in Mudan area. Based on the practical researchingand theoretical analysis, the author gives the countermeasures and suggestions.
