Height of information technology in modern society, information technology is alsorepresent the general trend of preschool education. The information literacy of preschoolteachers has become an important indicator to measure the comprehensive quality. With thedevelopment of preschool education received unprecedented attention of government, strengthenthe cultivation and training of preschool teachers, improve the overall quality of preschoolteachers, has become an important part of national education strategy at present and in the futurea considerable period of time.Information literacy situation of the topic through the method of literature research,questionnaire and interviews in Qingdao kindergarten teachers from the information environment,information consciousness and attitude, knowledge and skills of information technology,information technology and education activities to master the teaching integration, informationtechnology to promote home interaction, information technology to promote lifelong learningand independent development,7a hand to participate in the training of information technologymade a comprehensive investigation. Through the analysis of Qingdao city6District4city585preschool teachers sample questionnaire, obtains the present situation of information literacy ofpreschool teachers in Qingdao city. Found the preschool teachers in the promotion of lifelonglearning and the independent development of existing problems of the knowledge and skills ofinformation technology, the information technology to promote interaction and informationtechnology, and then puts forward7countermeasures for training. That the followinginformation environment construction, let preschool teacher training after a play; do a good jobin training needs survey, strengthen the training work of targeted; strengthening informationeducation idea, let the children teachers produce the demand and dependence on informationteaching; centralized training and tracking guidance combined, improve the effectiveness andlong-term training; highlight the training focus, improve the training efficiency; take multipleevaluation, to enhance the effect of training; to strengthen the construction of training resources,do a good job of autonomous learning and the kindergarten training support.In the summer of kindergarten teachers in the training of information technology forflexible application of these measures. After10teachers on a random sample of interviews,found that the application of these measures of training can effectively improve the trainingefficiency, the enhancement of the training effect, opened a new mode of information technologytraining for teachers of children. Each point of view these training strategies from the trainingmethods, training content, training strategies and training organization for preschool teachersinformation technology training practice provide valuable guidance and reference. Preschool teachers information technology training and guidance in Qingdao city to carry out follow-upand training work, also work for other similar to the training of preschool teachers providefeasible countermeasures for reference, in order to promote the prosperity and development ofthe preschool education.Limited to the level of the researcher and the research time, there are still many problemsin research process, such as questionnaire issues and options settings is not very scientific andstandardized; the analysis of questionnaire statistical results mining deeply enough; assessmentrubric developing trace evaluation enough specification etc.. In future research, along with thenetwork environment continue to improve, will put WeChat subscribe public platform ininformation technology training for teachers of children are widely cited as the focus of the study,will focus on training and tracking the training of fully integrated, establish the preschoolteachers information technology training and the promotion of information literacy oflong-acting mechanism.
