Research On Incentive Mechanism Of Social Sports Instructors

After ten years'development of China's social sports instructor service, it has achieved remarkable accomplishment in promoting the development of national fitness system and social sports, and plays a crucial role in constructing a harmonious society and promoting the advancement of human beings. At present, however, the development of social sports instructors is still facing many difficulties, such as low acknowledgement, low participation ratio of citizens, lack of related legislation, etc. These are the current limitations that restrict the development of social sports instructors in China. Lack of incentive mechanism is the key reason. Therefore, it has become very important to establish a scientific incentive mechanisms, which is conducive to cultivate social sports instructors, fully mobilize their enthusiasm, play their creativity, and improve their fitness guidance level.This study adopts the literature consultation to analyze the present condition of China's social sports instructors, identify the problems as well as the reasons of the incentive status,and make suggestions according to the analysis of social sports instructors'characteristics.At the same time, based on the classic incentive theory at home and abroad, this thesis makes an in-depth study on the requirement of social sports instructors and systematically builds a comprehensive incentive system of social sports instructors. Finally, it makes some suggestions for incentive mechanism of social sports instructors both in external and internal aspects: on one hand, proceed from external incentives, put forward the deep-seated exploration in government policy support, social influence, associations, and funding; On the other hand, proceed from internal incentives, look for the way of incentives for social sports instructors.This study has some theoretical and practical significances to the preliminary incentive mechanism of social sports instructors in China. It plays an active role in promoting the national fitness concepts and scientific fitness awareness to the whole society through social sports instructors in order to build and perfect the national fitness system.
