As the changing of times,the training of core strength catches all kinds of sports events' attention,and it becomes a very important method in competition.Core strength training was named functional rehebilitation training in some countries of Europe and America in the past time.Some experts studied that core strength training also makes a difference in the area of competitive sports.Poomsae is a kind of competitive sports which combines the offensive action and defensive movements in competition.Athletes need to finish specified action which includes precise hand movements,changing of pace and kicking action during the competition.It has a high level request for skills and the capicity of controlling body.Especially some special movements,such as rotation action and kicking action.The athlete must high levels of action and very familiar skills.At the same time,the ability to remain stable and to highlight the performance of movement characteristics become even more important.In this paper.We will get the whole picture of the theory of core strength training.When we know the function of core strength training,then we can put it into poomsae and study its practical results.We try to use an effective core strength training into the poomsae and try to find the relationship between core strength training and poomsae.This paper uses some methods such as:Document research,Delphi technique,Experimental method,Data statistics method and Lanalysis.We use the core strength training methods into athletes' daily training.Through experimental results,we can know the functions of athletes'satability of their own and poomsae movements' satbility.In the process of experiment,we invited 24 athletes to be our experimental subjects,and divided them into 2 groups and each group has 12 people.They have no significant difference in age,height,skills and the training time.There is an experimental group,which use the core strength training methods,and the other group is contrast group,which use the traditional training methods.During 16weeks' training,they have the same coach,the same training time and the same method of training,after 16 weeks,we have some conclusions following:1?Static stability,in experimental group,the longest times of 90 degree front kick and keeping the highest height,150 degree side kick and keeping the height,keeping stepping one foot stand and keeping flatting plate support have a clear increase than that before they taking the core strength training.Therefore,athletes in contrast group which took the traditional ways of training didn,t have an increase as clear as the experimental group members.In a conclusion,core strength training is much better than the traditional way of training in the aspect of poomsae static movenments' stability.2?In the aspect of static movements' stability,dynamic actions'stability and the whole series of poomsae.Athletes in experimental group do a better job in acting indicators than athleteles in constrast group.The result of experiment shows that core strength training have a better effect than the traditional training.3?Though the competition results,which came from the first Taekwondo Championship of Hunan province in 2016.,experimental group got 6 gold medals,while the contrast group got only 3 gold medals.We find the number of champions in the experimental group is much more than that in the contrast group.This kind of result shows that the scientific core strength training makes a great difference to taekwondo athletes' marks when they take part in a competition.And they always have a higher level of stability than athletes who take the traditional way of training.
