The last part of endeavor is the hardest to finish.Willpower is one of the important qualities of the students,and it is also the core of the high efficiency and positive personality system.Students' studying in junior middle school is a key period for students to form good quality.Based on present condition,this paper proposes effective strategies to improve the level of willpower.Meanwhile,this article laid a foundation for the formation of goodwill quality of junior high school students,and also guarantee the personality of the powerful country in the new era.This paper mainly adopted the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,which were used to investigate and analyze the condition of the willpower of junior high school students in Harbin.The author held the current situation of the students' willpower by the investigating them,and further analyzed the data by interviewing junior high school teachers and parents.From that,the author found out the main problems existing in the cultivation of willpower from the perspective of positive personality education,and put forward effective strategies to improve the level of willpower.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part,introduction clarified the reasons,purposes,and significance of the research,defined the concepts and summarized the research history of "positive personality education "," willpower" and "willpower cultivation" and listed up the research methods of this study.The second part systematically discussed the basic ideas of positive personality education,will quality,willpower and willpower cultivation.The third part concluded the current situation of the students' willpower by investigating 476 students in Harbin,and interviewed 20 teachers and 20 parents about willpower cultivation.Through the data and records provided in the third part,the fourth part analyzed the problems and causes of the cultivation of willpower in junior middle school from the perspective of positive personality education.The fifth part put forward effective strategies to improve the level of willpower in junior high school from the perspective of positive personality education,including enhancing students' interest and sense of beauty,to help students set up the correct will;to improve the realm of life,helping students form the willpower to develop;to cultivate enthusiasms,to promote the quotient of students' willpower;totrain high-efficiency action,to practically exercise students' willpower;to foster a sense of win-win cooperation,to create healthy competition and to consolidate students' willpower.
