Research On Development Countermeasures Of Retired Athletes In Hubei Province Based On Teacher Career Orientation

The sports industry is characterized by high investment and high risk.Athletes win honors for their country again and again with sweat and youth in training and competition.Therefore,China attaches great importance to the growth and development of athletes and is extremely concerned about the employment of retired athletes.In recent years,the General Administration of Sport of China,together with various ministries and commissions,has rolled out a number of policies to protect the rights and interests of retired athletes.Among them,the Opinions on Further Doing a Good Job of Employment Places for Retired Athletes issued in 2018 once again emphasized the issue of further doing a good job of employment places for retired athletes.In addition to supporting relevant documents,China hereby organizes career transition training for retired athletes to improve their professional knowledge and ability and help them make a successful transition.In the career transition of athletes,some of them are willing to be teachers,but due to heavy training tasks and weak cultural foundation during service,they lack of knowledge and teaching skills related to the teaching profession,which leads to difficulties for retired athletes in the transformation of physical education teachers.Taking retired athletes in Hubei Province as the research object,this paper adopts the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and combing statistical method to investigate the knowledge,skills and practical ability of physical education teaching of retired athletes in Hubei Province who have made the transition to the teaching profession and the gap between them and the professional standards of teachers.It is found that most of the retired athletes have not obtained the teacher qualification certificate,lack the relevant knowledge and ability of physical education teachers,and the teaching conditions of sports teams are relatively limited.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes from the point of view that Hubei sports teams should strengthen the occupational demands of athletes,formulates systematic and scientific physical education teaching practice forms,improves the vocational training courses of physical education teachers,and strengthens the employment guidance planning of athletes,so as to help athletes in Hubei to solve the difficulties encountered in the transformation of physical education teachers.
