Study On The Shan Xi Vocational Colleges School-Enterprise Cooperation Personnel Training System Design

Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education plays animportant role in training high-tech talent. The State Council decided to "vigorously developvocational education: vigorously develop vocational education, that is a priority, but also the longterm, is the urgent need for promoting China's industrialization and modernization. Since thebeginning of the21st century, China's vocational education is facing an unprecedented opportunityfor development. The popularization of higher education makes the development of highervocational education has become the focus of attention. However, vocational education in the rapiddevelopment, but also there is lack of personnel training.Shanxi Vocational school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training model for the study, firstintroduced the Shanxi Vocational education development as well as the main school-enterprisecooperation model, and analyzes the main problems in the province school-enterprise cooperationmode: Government macroeconomic policy and guidance is not enough; Vocational Colleges flawedmanagement of the school-enterprise cooperation; corporate management is not enough emphasison school-enterprise cooperation; school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms are inadequate,school-enterprise cooperation are not enthusiastic. Then, the paper introduces a foreignschool-enterprise cooperation to carry out and the province of higher vocational education. Finally,the combination of the province of higher vocational education personnel training mode status aswell as foreign inspiration, papers from government, industry associations, schools, and three levelsof design, personnel training mode of Shanxi Vocational school-enterprise cooperation. At thegovernment level, it should improve the relevant laws and regulations of the school-enterprisecooperation, increase the funding of school-enterprise cooperation; level of industry associations, tobuild an information exchange platform for both schools and enterprises, talent sharing platform forboth schools and enterprises to build, as a school-enterprise cooperation in the supervision ofevaluators; in schools and corporate level, companies should actively participate in co-operationinstitutions should strengthen self-construction.The papers to promote the normal development of higher education in the province, to protectcontinuously improve its training quality, training for the community really needs talent to guidevarious types of vocational colleges at all levels to return to the quality standard, into the orbit ofcontent development and an important safeguard.
