| The school-enterprise cooperation is a kind of personnel training model that has won the acknowledgement of experts at home and abroad.It has trained lots of talents for other countries.Nowadays,this training model is developing rapidly in the education field of our country and many schools are focusing on exploring and developing it.However,there are still many practical problems when applying this model because it's just at the beginning stage in our country.These problems have weakened the advantages of the school-enterprise training model,resulting in students' lower-standard hands-on practical ability as well as schools' doubts about this training model.All these in return have had bad effect on the development of the school-enterprise cooperation training model in our schools.This paper is written by using both practical and theoretical methods.It takes Hengshui technology engineering school,which the writer works in,as the research target and chooses the major of pre-school education as a specific case.By interviewing and researching the school,students and our cooperating enterprises,this paper will introduce how this training model is going on in my school in detail.After summarizing the results,the writer has found four major problems: a mismatching between the lessons and the needs of enterprises,a lack of good teachers,the blocked informationization service channel and low level of cooperation between schools and enterprises.In the end,the writer will put forward some suggestions: put forward the curriculcm construction actively,promote the high-level training of teachers,do something to break the obstacles of the informationization service channel and provide multi-element platforms for the school-enterprise model.Hope these methods can improve the quality of our teaching and therefore help ameliorate this training model in our school.Hope this paper can provide some theory support to other reseaches on this subject. |
