Delivery of education,as one of the important forms to guarantee the right of moderately or severely disabled students with special needs to receive education,refers to the form of educational activities in imparting cultural knowledge and living skills to students with special needs who are unable to receive education in schools due to their own reasons.The special education has made some achievements and experiences in carrying out delivery of education,but there are also some problems,difficulties and challenges.Therefore,taking the D school in Shenyang as an example,this paper makes an investigation on the present situation of its delivery of education,reveals and accurately grasps its existing problems,and seeks to develop the special education and implement the strategy of delivery of education.The methods of document analysis,interview method,experiential summary method and experiential summary method.Through the method of literature analysis,this paper summarizes the main theories,research conclusions and main viewpoints in this field.By observing the specific case of Shenyang D school,questionnaire investigation and interviewing the leaders and teachers who carried out the delivery of education teaching,the present situation of its work is understood,the existing problems and the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed,striving to reflect existing basic problems and put forward effective countermeasures to solve problems.The study found that the special education achieved a certain level of success in delivery of education,Shenyang D School will be taken as an example to analyze the aspects that still need to be improved in delivery of education of special education schools: the evaluation process of teaching target needs to be improved,the professional quality of teachers needs to be improved,the learning time needs to be reasonably allocated and the teaching contents need to be enriched.Specific implementation strategies will be put forward in view of the problems existing in special education schools now: needs of teaching targets should be analyzed,teaching contents should be optimized,scientific and individualized education plans should be formulated,professional level of teachers should be optimized,medicine should be combined with education during delivery of education,management of delivery of education should be standardized.
