Study On The Effective Strategy Of Ideological And Political Education For Undergraduates

The ideological and political education for college students is closely related to the construction and future of the state.It has always been highly valued by the Party and state.Especially since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core attaches great importance to the ideological and political education for college students.General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered many important speeches and made important instructions.The State Council,Ministry of Education and other departments have actively implemented the spirit of the conference and issued a series of policy documents.By studying relevant issues of effective strategies on the ideological and political education for college students,this paper is aimed at promoting the development,reform and innovation,completing the task requirements and proposing practically effective strategies on ideological and political education for college students.Based on the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for college students,this study further explores and studies the specific and effective strategies to improve the quality of Ideological and political education for college students.Mainly from the concept definition and theoretical basis of the effective strategy of Ideological and political education of college students,the influencing factors and empirical analysis of the effective strategy of Ideological and political education of college students,and the realization path of the effective strategy of Ideological and political education of college students.The first part was introduction,which mainly discussed the significance of research background,summarized the general situation of relevant research status at home and abroad,the research methods and research ideas used in the research.The second part was the connotation of the effective strategies on ideological and political education for college students.It mainly expounded and analyzed three aspects,including effectiveness,strategy and the effective strategies on ideological and political education for college students.This part was theoretical basis for the follow-up research.The third part is the theoretical basis of the effective strategy of Ideological and political education for college students,mainly from the Marxist theory of the overall development of human beings,the effective theory of the elements of Ideological and political education and the effective strategy measurement standards of Ideological and political education for college students.The forth part were influencing factors and empirical analysis on effective strategies of ideological and political education for college students.It mainly analyzed four factors of ideological and political education for college students,namely,the subject,the object,the intermediary and the environment.In the meantime,questionnaire survey and interviews were adopted to make empirical analysis.The two methods could reflect the influence on effective strategies of ideological and political education for college students more factually by those four factors.Simultaneously,to analyze the existing problems in order to make the relevant strategies more targeted.The fifth part was the realization path on the effective strategies of ideological and political education for college students.Based on previous research by the current situation and existing problem on ideological and political education for college students,it proposed the realization path of effective strategies from those four aspects of subject,object,intermediary and environment,corresponding to the four influencing aspects on ideological and political education for college students.
