The basic task of education is to put forward new requirements for counselors’ work concept,knowledge and skills,and comprehensive quality.However,the group is facing a series of problems,such as fragmentation of learning time,diversification of learning content and complexity of learning situation.Learning in the practice community can effectively break through the boundaries of time and space,broaden the boundaries of learning,enhance identity,and help counselors to achieve various development.The fundamental task of moral education puts forward new requirements for counselors’ work philosophy,knowledge and skills,and comprehensive quality.However,the group is facing a series of problems,such as fragmentation of learning time,diversification of learning content and complexity of learning situation.Learning in the community of practice can effectively break through the boundaries of time and space,broaden the boundaries of learning,enhance identity,and help counselors achieve development in many aspects.From the perspective of community of practice,based on grounded theory,this study conducted in-depth interviews with 10 college counselors in the capacity of "outsider".As an intern counselor,this study infiltrated into the real community as "insider" to observe and reflect.It explored the learning process and influencing factors of college counselors in the community of practice,and constructed relevant supporting strategies.The main findings of this study are as follows.Firstly,the learning process of college counselors in the community of practice is composed of common vision,learning members,learning participation and learning achievements.Among them,the establishment of a common vision needs to be based on problem solving,professional development and professional emotion.Learning members are composed of novice and veteran counselors as themain core and supportive members as the outer ring structure.It is a collaborative education organization based on boundary crossing.In the process of learning participation,novices participate in the legal marginalization through the empowerment of identity,the initial value,the establishment of human relationship and the transformation of value.The veteran provides professional support,psychological support and model support for the novice with the attitude of being both teachers and friends,and grows up together with the novice through mutual learning.Secondly,the relevant influencing factors are composed of three dimensions,six elements and twelve subdivision structures.The three dimensions are identity construction,boundary-crossing and culture-creation.Identity-construction includes identity cognition and identity reconstruction.Boundary-crossing includes role overlapping and resource exploration.Culture-creation includes democratic culture and shared culture.Finally,support strategies are proposed from the aspects of learning and identity,boundary and edge,atmosphere and culture.
