College counselors shoulder the responsibility of Youth Ideological and political education of college students and management responsibilities, and face more strict requirement. College counselors carry out ideological and political education work, the cultivation of college students all-round development important strength, talent. Study on separation problem of counselors in Colleges and universities is conducive to a clear direction for its development, is conducive to the stability of college counselors, to promote college students’ Ideological and political education work smoothly, is conducive to the promotion of the overall quality of college counselors and counselors personal occupation career promotion, colleges and universities is conducive to better shoulder the important mission of cultivating high quality students.This study reviewed the relevant literature, from the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, psychological contract as the theoretical basis, to obtain relevant data SD college counseling positions through the methods of literature review, questionnaire, individual interview, the study expounds the causes of college counselor turnover, focuses on the analysis from the counselors, gender, marital status, household age, salary satisfaction dimension, through the SAS programming, the results derived, and through discussion, put forward the countermeasure and suggestion. Research has formed the following conclusions:Deepening the understanding, to help establish a career counselor counselor occupation management awareness, improve the level of human resources management, create a good school internal environment, and enhance vocational college’s own strength.The thesis is divided into six parts:The first part, introduction, elaborated this article selected topic background, significance and objective, clear ideas and research methods of the study.The second part, from the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, psychological contract, employee turnover has done a review, summarizes the research status at home and abroad.The third part, expounds the development process and SD college counselor management system.The fourth part, through the investigation, interview, analysis of SD college affect turnover intention factors. Analyze from the household registration, counselors gender, marital status, age, salary satisfaction dimension, draw a conclusion.The fifth part, in order to strengthen the SD college counselor team stability, put forward resignation management, and in the light of these factors, put forward to deepen the cognition of the instructor occupation, help instructors set up career management awareness, improve the level of human resources management, to create a good school environment, enhance its strength of Higher Vocational colleges.The sixth part, summarizes the conclusions of the study, and expounds the research limitations and prospects the future research.This study analyzed the incumbency 60 counselors, study their relationship with the length of time between serving their residence, gender, marital status, age, and job satisfaction, and found, a local counselor counselors working in different places than shorter male than female counselor easier to leave than women, married counselors working longer, higher loyalty older counselor, counselor job satisfaction are more willing to adhere to the counselor job.Based on the research findings on the proposed management measures leave counselors vocational colleges, a need to deepen our understanding of career counselors, the second is to help establish a career counselor management awareness, the third is to continuously improve the level of human resources management, is to create four good internal environment schools, five colleges and universities is to enhance its strength.
