| Education is a subject about people and it is for people first.The proposition that human beings are the beginning and the end of education embodies the essence and ultimate care of human education.As the summation of social relations,human body embodies the existence of human relations.The world of human relations has three dimensions:The coexistence of man and nature,man and man,and man and spirit.Because of the prevalence of instrumentalism and intellectualism,people and things around have become the "objects" that people know.This mode of thinking emphasizes the subject’s control and use of the objects,destroys the balance of bilateral relations,and even results in unequal relations between people.Dialogue and Soliloquy are two kinds of speech acts.Monologism and dialogism embody two modes of human understanding of existence.Monologue believes that the existence of human beings is the subject-object dualistic relationship.In this kind of relationship theory,the other is the existence of the objects except autonomous self-existence,and the existence of the objects is passive and needs to be conquered.The dualistic world outlook also causes the dualistic opposition of the relationship between teachers and students,which leads to the confusion that both sides lose the principal position in the communication.Dialogism holds that the existence of man is coexisting with others,and the two sides of dialogue are the relationship between subjects and subjects.In the dialogue,the participants of the dialogue regard each other as equal and positive subjects of discourse.From the perspective of dialogue,the relationship between teachers and students turns into a social relationship of mutual understanding and dialogue.Understanding and dialogue means that people play a subjective initiative for self-understanding,self-discovery,through self-experience to become an indirect way for individuals to understand others.In essence,teacher-student communication is the meeting of teacher’s personality spirit and student’s personality spirit in the educational situation.This kind of dialogue requires teachers and students to open and accept each other’s mind,which is the mutual presence and mutual tolerance.Education itself endows teachers with the position of "chief in equality",which is the moral responsibility of teachers for the growth of students.In the process of teaching,the teacher is neither bystander of the Laissez faire nor a neutral person with no value orientation.Teachers need to guide students to create a dialogue situation.With the important value of dialogue in educational activities found by educators,dialogue has become a hot topic in the educational field.Since the reform of the basic education curriculum in our country,the application of dialogue in the field of education has emerged in endlessly.It is necessary to develop the communication between teachers and students and pay attention to the dialogue in education.This study adopts the method of combination of theoretical research and empirical research to construct a discourse analysis framework based on the analysis and induction of dialogue theory,and chooses classroom dialogue of a primary school as the research object,in order to improve the current situation of teacher-student dialogue targeted countermeasures.Dialogue is a process in which the subjects and the subjects present themselves,meet each other in spirit and turn their hearts.Therefore,as the main body of human dialogue is the foothold,human respect,tolerance,understanding and other good feelings are derived from love,love determines a person’s attitude to the whole world,love is the spirit of dialogue.Language is the most important tool of human communication and thinking,and the medium of understanding between two sides.Based on the framework of dialogue analysis,this paper analyzes the characteristics of dialogue between teachers and students in the classroom of a primary school,and summarizes the characteristics of dialogue-type teacher-student relationship.The dialogic teacher-student relationship needs respect and care,listening and communication,showing the state of symbiosis and co-growth.The characteristics of dialogue teaching should be equality and democracy,curiosity and query,cooperation and mutual assistance.The results of investigation and analysis show that most of the teachers in C primary school have mature educational ideas,and most of the teachers and students have the sense and ability of dialogue.In order to realize the ideal situation of teacher-student dialogue,this paper puts forward the strategies of constructing the dialogue-type teacher-student relationship from three aspects:the teacher-student relationship view,the teacher-student dialogue view and the teacher-student study view. |
