In recent years,the issue of young rural teachers has been paid close attention to.As a new force and vanguard of rural basic education,young rural teachers are very few in number and cannot be retained.Through literature reading and field research,it is found that young teachers in rural areas are hindered in career development and face difficulties in social integration.Therefore,the core of this study is to explore the manifestation of the social integration dilemma of young rural teachers,the impact of the social integration dilemma of young rural teachers on the blocked career development,and how to promote the better career development of young rural teachers by solving their social integration dilemma.Based on the current policy background,it is of great significance to study the social integration and career development of young rural teachers,and it is urgent to improve their social integration difficulties to promote their career development.Research on career development theory and "into the interaction" said six dimension index system combining social alignment as theoretical basis,through the questionnaire survey data and interview results,young teachers in rural areas of social integration difficulties and summarizes the present situation and problems of professional development,found that rural society into the dilemma of young teachers is organization treatment is poor,poor social adaptation,social relations of the single,low social status from four aspects,the rural level of young teachers in professional development and investment,and working status of career plateau.By regression analysis and summarizing the interview result analysis,the young teachers in rural society into the dilemma of career development is blocked in a preliminary attempt to stage the most significant,the influence of the highest turnover intention,thus formulated based on the social integration support system to promote rural youth teachers' professional development,through the social support system into elements-family,school,peer groups,communities,different generation group five aspects proposed countermeasure,and carries on the synergy between the elemen ts,and finally to external facilities guarantee support,form a hierarchical dynamic support system,in order to ensure the development of rural youth teachers better.
