| In 2013,ICU(International Cheerleading Alliance)was officially recognized by the International Federation of Individual Federations(including Olympic events and non-Olympic events),marking cheerleading as an independent sport.In the same year,the China Cheerleading Open held in Nanjing was the first international cheerleading event held in China.This event also promoted the influence of cheerleading in China and promoted the further market operation of cheerleading in China.In this paper,SWOT analysis,literature review,on-the-spot investigation,interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods are used to analyze the cases of Guangxi Nanning Aiente Investment Co.,Ltd.,Guilin Wuyi Sports Development Co.,Ltd.and Liuzhou Yiwu Club,aiming at the problems existing in the market operation of cheerleading sports,and to provide theoretical basis and empirical support for the market operation of cheerleading sports.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.All three institutions are supported by national policies,which is very beneficial to the development of the project;2.In terms of business form,all three institutions have explored their own set of business forms according to their own markets,but in order to better develop,they should learn from the models of outstanding enterprises in other industries;3.From the organizational structure,the three organizations all use matrix management in management.The advantage of this organizational structure is flexibility and flexibility,but the disadvantage is management difficulties;4.The teams of the three institutions are mostly technical talents and lack of management talents,which leads to slow project development and unbalanced team configuration;5.The project leaders of the three institutions have been deeply involved in the cheerleading industry for many years,but the project team’s business ability in market development and management and operation is slightly weak,so it is necessary to improve the business level;6.In terms of marketing and publicity,all three institutions use the mode of self-media platform and combined promotion.This form of publicity can make the publicity effect better and the corresponding cost is high;7.Organizations are faced with market opportunities brought by abundant cheerleading events,but they also need to face cruel competition in the training market. |
