| Webcast industry started from Britain and America,and has developed rapidly in China in recent years.The domestic live broadcast platforms taste the commercial benefits by virtue of the live broadcast reward function,and achieve iterative upgrading in the Internet era.The reward function also meets the emotional expression of the audience.However,the audience’s bad reward behavior leads to their own livelihood difficulties,confusion of real and virtual identity roles and other problems.Therefore,this paper adopts the method of case social work to intervene in bad reward behavior,and explores the reliability and validity of social work intervention in bad reward behavior.This paper selects g platform as the research field,takes J as the research object,collects data by means of participatory observation and semi-structured interview,analyzes the causes of J’s bad reward behavior,and tries to intervene J under the guidance of cognitive behavior theory,so as to help him solve personal emotional problems,correct wrong cognition and activate intimate relationship in reality,Finally,the purpose of reducing bad reward behavior will be achieved and J will return to the right track.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction.At the same time,this paper sorts out the research results of scholars in the related fields of webcast and webcast reward,forms the research ideas of this paper and conceives the writing framework;The second chapter is the overview of the reward of webcast.This paper describes the development context,representation and problem interpretation of online live broadcast reward;The third chapter is the practical operation process.First,collect the relevant information of the case owner,and estimate the problem on the basis of the information;Secondly,it analyzes the deep-seated reasons of the case owner’s bad reward behavior and the real demand behind the case owner’s behavior;Second,design the service objectives,formulate the intervention strategy and work plan;Then the implementation process of the scheme is described in depth;Finally,the service effect is evaluated and the case is closed.The fourth chapter is the summary and reflection.This paper summarizes the feasibility and effectiveness of case work intervention in youth’s network bad reward behavior and explores the practical path,reflects on the whole service process,and reflects from the perspective of social work.Through the intervention of case social work,this study draws the following conclusions:first,the key factors of the bad reward behavior of the service object are the cognitive bias formed by the self imagination of the intimate relationship created by the anchor and the vanity of packaging themselves in the virtual world to win more attention.Second,case work can make the service providers pay more attention to the situation of the clients and help them analyze the problems in depth.To be able to provide psychological support for the client in an individualized way,and to develop a service plan in line with his personal characteristics.Third,the solution to bad reward behavior must not rely solely on preaching and psychological counseling.In addition,in the process of service,it can be found that the individual is actually an expert on his own problems,and the service provider should make the case owner self-determination.With the help of the specific case work process,this study can also clearly reflect the "bottleneck" of the current social work intervention specific methods: first,the methodological level,the case of social work intervention in the network bad reward problem depends on the situation.Reward behavior is affected by personal background and social relations,showing slightly different performance,the degree of individual problems is different,self-solving ability is also different,so it is necessary to carry out targeted services for each special individual.Second,social work is not omnipotent.In order to solve the problem of bad reward behavior,we need to use a variety of forces.We should put forward targeted measures from different perspectives,and finally make the "gray area" become "sunny". |
