| The Dulong ethnic group is a unique ethnic group in the Nujiang Prefecture.It is a straight-across,cross-border,and small-populated ethnic group.Dulongjiang Township,the only settlement area of the Dulong in the country,was a deeply impoverished area.It has been in a state of poverty for thousands of years,and the intergenerational transmission of poverty there is remarkable.It is poorer than any other poor areas.After several years of assistance from the Party,the state,and the whole society,as well as the hard work of the Dulong people,the absolute poverty of the Dulong people has been completely resolved.However,due to the relatively closed and isolated geographical unit of the Dulong ,the low level of social development,and the late start of various social undertakings,the long-term intergenerational transmission of poverty is a hidden danger for the subsequent development of the Dulong.In view of the composite role and special status of women in the Dulong family,as well as the function of vocational education in enhancing human capital,this study uses typical cases of Dulong women to study the characteristics of local women’s vocational education and the effectiveness of blocking intergenerational transmission of poverty,and disscusses the practical problems and corresponding countermeasures of vocational education blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty in the follow-up development process of poverty alleviation.This research adopts literature research method,individual interview method,and case analysis method.It selects typical cases of Dulong women who have received vocational education to get rid of poverty,and investigates the basic situation of women’s cases,the situation of receiving vocational education and blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty.Based on the poverty alleviation experience of the case,this study explores the characteristics of Dulong women’s vocational education and the overall effectiveness of blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and finds that through allowing women to receive vocational education to achieve a complete cut-off of the intergenerational transmission of poverty of the Dulong ethnic group,there still exist some problems: women’s families are overburdened,their own cultural quality is low,vocational education planning is not clear,and the development environment is not ideal.Based on the Theory of Educational Development Function,the development countermeasures for the Dulong women’s vocational education are proposed from three aspects: ensuring the self-development space of the Dulong women,improving the vocational education planning and optimizing the external environment of education.Through precise policy under systematic thinking,the Dulong women will be promoted to receive vocational education to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty,so that the Dulong can completely get rid of poverty. |
