General Secretary Xi often stresses the importance of talents.In a school,the teaching staff is the direct reflection of the level,ability and quality of a school.After the "transformation",the independent college is faced with various uncertainties.Only by strengthening the construction of teachers based on scientific management,can the backbone teachers of the school be retained,and more outstanding talents be attracted to work in the school,so as to highlight the characteristics of the school,enhance the competitiveness of the school,and build the school brand.Only in this way,can students aspire to and parents be satisfied.A high level of social acceptance applied university.In this paper,by explaining the necessity of the construction of teachers in independent colleges,the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the current situation of the construction of teachers in L College under the background of "transfer",and the current situation of the construction of teachers in L College during the "transfer" period is obtained,which lays a foundation for the following analysis.In the final analysis,teacher management is also about talent management.Therefore,this paper uses seven modules of human resource management,namely talent introduction strategic planning,recruitment,selection and recruitment management,teacher training and development,teacher career planning and management,teacher performance management,teacher salary management and teacher labor relationship management,to sort out the problems existing in the construction of teachers in "transferred" L College.And put forward targeted solutions,in order to help L College to develop a more scientific teacher management plan after the "transfer",and also provide some ideas and references for the teacher management of other independent colleges facing the "transfer" and having completed the "transfer". |
