Study On Land Use Change In Hilly Area Of Central Si Chuan Province Under The Background Of Population Mobility

On November 23,2020,the last nine deep poverty-stricken counties in Guizhou dropped out of the poverty-stricken counties sequence,marking the end of the national poverty alleviation work.With the successful completion of poverty alleviation and the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,China’s rural development has turned to a new direction and entered a new era.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has clearly put forward seven "roads" on how to take the road of Socialist Rural Revitalization with Chinese characteristics.Whether it is the quality of agriculture,green development or cultural prosperity,as far as rural development is concerned,"people,land and capital" are three important factors,among which "people and land" is the main internal factor and the decisive factor of rural development.Since the reform and opening up,a large number of young and male workers in rural areas have begun to go out to work.The age structure and gender structure of rural permanent population have changed greatly.The agricultural and rural population shows obvious characteristics of aging and feminization.With the change of population structure,the way of rural land use is bound to change.Therefore,in order to better promote the Rural Revitalization Strategy,it is necessary to systematically comb and study the relationship between "people and land" in the countryside.This paper takes the hilly area of central Sichuan Province as the research area,Lige village of Santai County as the research unit,uses the relevant theories of demography,adopts the data collection methods such as rural rapid assessment(RRA),household interview and key informant discussion,constructs the analysis framework with the theoretical guidance of "grounded theory,human land relationship theory and sustainable livelihood theory",and focuses on the study of population mobility In this paper,the characteristics of population flow,the flow direction of population flow,the current status and characteristics of rural permanent population after population outflow,and the current status and changes of land use in villages under the current population structure are analyzed.This paper interprets the specific connotation of rural land use change from four dimensions: the change of land use nature,the change of land practice subject,the change of land practice mode and the change of land practice result.On the basis of this research,four conclusions are drawn: first,the current agricultural subsidy policy needs to be improved;second,farmers have a strong dependence on land;third,farmers have a strong dependence on land The aging and feminization of rural households give birth to the new labor mode of "changing jobs";fourth,the industrial consciousness of rural households is weak,but the "small-scale peasant economy" has a certain degree of independence and stability.
