Education is a public welfare undertaking and a basic public cause that must be developed as a priority.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed that building a strong country of education is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.We must give priority to education,promote the integrated development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,attach great importance to rural education,and strive to enable every child to enjoy a fair and quality education.According to the Outline of the Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan of Hainan Province,"it is necessary to accelerate the development of the connotation of education in Hainan Province,gradually strengthen the reform of education and teaching,adjust the structure of disciplines and majors,train high-quality talents,improve the level of running schools,and ensure that education serves economic development." Guide rural schools to further adjust and optimize the layout of schools and disciplines,all these provide a good policy basis for the adjustment and optimization of rural education in Dongfang City.Starting from the background of balanced development of education,this paper expounds the significance of rural education optimization research,analyzes the current situation of research at home and abroad,and looks for the idea,content and method of this research.Through the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural education in Dongfang City.According to the basic standard of balanced development,relevant countermeasures and suggestions for further optimization of rural education in Dongfang City are put forward. |
