To configure rural Educational Resources reasonably and effectively,it can upgrade the rural education level practically and push its development healthy and continually.They are not only concerned with basic interests of peasant,but also the foundation and precondition to upgrade the populace's cultivation comprehensively.We start the research from the current condition of the rural education resource in Chongqing and discuss the basic opinion and system design to optimize it, which is significant to push the development of rural education in chongqing and improve the rural economy.The educational resource as followed is defined in narrow sense,which is physical educational resources and covers educational investment,teaching resource and hardware school conditions,but not the system resource which refers to educational laws,policies and rules,cultural environment and social atmosphere.The rural area as followed is defined as administrational unit of county level and under it.But the rural educational resource covers all the districts and county in the background of "general city,general rural areas" in chongqing.There is 7 sections.The first one summarizes the researches and achievements on educational resource configuration from the scholars at home and abroad in recent years.The second one is the introduction,which statements that the research object is rural educational resource configuration and starts from all kinds of issues faced in rural educational development,Its means,its purpose and the research find out the root to the issue that the rural educational is not confabulated reasonably.The third one is the reference and conception frame,which cover the theories of educational resource configuration and some important conceptions defined.The forth one statements the current condition and the issues about educational recourse configuration in Chongqing.The fifth one comparing urban and rural areas of Chongqing education gap between the allocation of resources,analysis of educational resources in rural Chongqing,the causes of the problem.The sixth one gives the basic opinion and system design based on the current conditions to balance the rural educational recourse configuration.The seventh give the policy advice in order to optimize the rural educational recourse configuration in chongqing and improve the growth of the rural economy.The research finds that unbalance and inefficiency are the two status of the rural educational recourse configuration in chongqing,and the configuration means is rigid and simplex.The advices are as followed:Adjust the distribution for rural education energetically,integrate the units,and enlarge the school scale;Improve the school return Adopt competitive system and cut down the redundant personnel;Adjust the educational configuration;develop the rural vocational education energetically in order to support the rural economy development in HR intelligence;Encourage and develop the private school energetically.
