Research On The Optimization Of E-commerce Professional Training Mode In Guangxi Secondary Vocational Schools Under The Background Of "1 + X" Certificate System

In 2015,general secretary Xi Jinping clearly gave Guangxi the "three major positions" to build an international gateway to ASEAN and create a new strategic fulcrum for the opening up and development of Southwest China and South China,forming an important gateway to the organic integration of the maritime Silk Road and the Silk Road Economic Belt in 21 st Century.In order to achieve the "three positionings",e-commerce as an important way to boost domestic demand and expand the international trade market is increasingly becoming a new economic growth point in Guangxi.Therefore,new requirements are put forward to the number and quality of talents in e-commerce field,and the level of talent training has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of Guangxi e-commerce.At the same time,the "education certificate + certain vocational skills grade certificates(1+X)" certificate system began to be implemented in 2019.Based on the characteristics of certificate system reform and development,promoting the reform of the vocational e-commerce professional talent training mode and realizing the gradual improvement of Guangxi's vocational e-commerce talent training level are the starting point and the end result of this paper.Under the background of "1+X" certificate system,the main goal of Guangxi secondary vocational e-commerce talent training is to provide high-quality e-commerce skilled talents that meet the development needs of Guangxi region,thus becoming an important driving force for the development of Guangxi regional economy.Based on the review of relevant literatures on e-commerce talent training at home and abroad,this article designs questionnaires from three aspects of local e-commerce enterprises in Guangxi,e-commerce professional teachers and students in vocational schools to understand the current status of e-commerce talent training in Guangxi.It is found that the current training of Guangxi vocational e-commerce talents has the problems of unsuccessful channels for further education,unbalanced game of main interests,the need to improve school-enterprise cooperation,and the lack of compound teachers.In order to solve the related problems,drawing on the advanced experience of foreign developed countries or regions and combiningwith the requirements of the "1+X" certification system,we use stakeholder theory to open up Guangxi secondary vocational e-commerce professional education channels,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,and accelerate electronic The connection between the business professional group and the "1+X" certificate group,the introduction of e-commerce "1+X" standards to build a practice system,the strengthening of the construction of vocational e-commerce teachers,and the establishment of a talent training evaluation system based on the "1+X" certificate system Various aspects put forward countermeasures for optimizing the training of Guangxi vocational e-commerce talents under the background of "1+X" certificate system.
