| The development and construction of small rural schools has gradually become a priority in the process of education modernization.The key to rural revitalization lies in the revitalization of rural education.The development of small rural schools plays a vital role.After the merger of the school,the development of the school encountered many problems and difficulties.Small rural schools are at a disadvantage.With the construction of “small and beautiful” small rural schools,the development of small rural schools has begun to take on a new look.The purpose of this research is to study the appreciative and exploratory development path of rural small-scale schools,and to understand the development process and related core elements of rural small-scale schools.This research takes F School in Sichuan Province as the research case,adopts the case study method,and conducts the research with the interview method,the literature method,and the observation method.The interviewees are the principals,teachers,students,parents and community residents of School F.Collect relevant research materials related to the research objects,summarize and analyze the data.Through the analysis of the situation in the form of appreciation and inquiry of School F,the appreciation and inquiry development of School F It focuses on the development process of rural small-scale schools mainly from the aspects of school teachers,campus environment,school management,and temperament construction.The main findings and conclusions of this research are as follows:First,F school’s appreciative inquiry appeal was previously mentioned as the urgency of improving rural small-scale schools.The appeal type is the change from problem diagnosis to appreciative appeal.The motivation of appeal is to change the decline of rural schools.F school appreciative inquiry The purpose and motivation is to establish the F school’s "small and beautiful" school brand and attract students from nearby F village to enroll in school.The driving force of the appeal provides assistance to the appreciative and exploratory development path of F School for three types of external resources: government departments,community resources,and third-party social organizations.Second,the practical exploration of the appreciative inquiry path of School F is embodied in the development of micro-school alliances,the co-building of school concepts and cultural dreams,the student-oriented teaching model and the all-round appreciative inquiry,from the practical exploration experience of School F It is concluded that the appreciative inquiry path has the characteristics of the development path that the school changes from passive to active development,the appreciative leader escorts,the rural education is localized,and the school organization transforms from the traditional bureaucratic system to the flat management.Based on the above research results,a discussion on the appreciative and inquiry-based development path of small-scale rural schools is proposed.School F principals and teachers have cognitive differences in administrative decisions,and high-quality rural teachers are “unretained” behind the scenes.Home-school cooperation is in progress.With the absence of families,teachers’ professional level and appreciation ability need to be improved.Thinking of this type of path is of reference significance for the development of schools similar to School F,and it is necessary to create an "appreciative and exploratory" environment. |
