| Based on the present documents and information,this study related research results at home and abroad for reference,about the present situation of the secondary vocational student’s classroom problem behaviors are studied,further in the study found that secondary production factors of classroom problem behavior,explore the secondary vocational student’s classroom problem behavior tactics,prompted the secondary vocational student’s good classroom behavior habit form,It tries to provide theoretical basis and operational guidance for teachers to deal with students’ problem behavior in class.Questionnaire method and interview method are used in this paper.Questionnaire survey is the main method and interview is the auxiliary method.Through the questionnaire survey,to understand the current situation of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students,including the causes of classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational production students and the strategies to deal with classroom problem behavior;With the help of the interview method,in-depth understanding of secondary vocational students classroom problem behavior status,the causes of classroom problem behavior analysis and coping strategies.Through the analysis of the survey results,the main conclusions of this study are as follows :Firstly,the problem behavior of secondary vocational students in class has gradually attracted the attention of scholars,but the research is not in-depth enough.At present,the classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational students has the following characteristics: secondary vocational students commonly have classroom problem behavior,and with "attention is not focused,absentminded;Fear of being asked " and other hidden classroom problem behavior.Secondly,the causes of classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students mainly include the following four aspects: first,the student level: weak foundation,insufficient self-control;The second and third graders lack more learning goals and motivation;Their own characteristics and habits of behavior;Lack of self-knowledge;Second,at the level of teachers: teachers teaching methods are too rigid,lack of vocational education characteristics;Teachers lack of care and respect for students;Teachers lack of management art to deal with classroom problem behavior;The professional development level of teachers needs to be developed;Third,the school level: the school classroom management system is not perfect;The school’s curriculum arrangement is unreasonable;The school lacks a good class atmosphere and school atmosphere;School teaching equipment is backward;Fourth,the family level: the absence of parental supervision,high expectations for students;The student family relation is not harmonious,the student produces the rebellious and the indifferent psychology.Based on the conclusion of the survey,there are four main coping strategies for teachers to deal with the classroom problem behaviors of secondary vocational students.First,at the student level: motivate students and strengthen career planning;Respect students’ individual differences,give play to students’ individual strengths;Comb the rule consciousness,train the student’s self-control power;Second,the teacher level: respect and care for students,enhance students’ confidence;Give full play to the advantages of active intervention and reduce the adverse effects of negative intervention;Raise the teaching level,enrich the classroom teaching form;Improve the classroom management ability,show the teacher personality charm;Third,at the school level: strengthen the construction of school discipline and school spirit,and enhance students’ sense of belonging and pride in vocational education;Improve teaching equipment,increase channels of school-enterprise cooperation,and add vocational education features;Organize teachers and students to participate in secondary vocational skills competition to promote teaching and learning;Implement diversified evaluation to promote students’ continuous progress;Fourth,at the family level: pay attention to the supervision and company of parents,and enhance the home-school cooperation;We will improve the way parents educate students and protect their healthy growth. |
