| The influence of sports injury on athletes is not to be underestimated,and even ruin the sports career of athletes.Both athletes and coaches want to avoid sports injury.Therefore,how to prevent sports injury,protect athletes’ health and improve athletes’ competitive level has always been a problem that sports circles attach importance to.However,at present,the research on the prevention of lower limb sports injury of basketball players is still insufficient,especially for women basketball players,such as the preventive physical training program of lower limb injury is rare.Therefore,it is difficult to adopt correct and corresponding strategies in injury prevention training practice.Therefore,to investigate the actual situation of lower limb sports injury of high-level women basketball players,and to analyze the elements of preventive physical training theory of high-level women basketball players.It is of great significance and value to design and demonstrate the preventive physical intervention scheme for lower limb injury of high-level women basketball players.Based on the above research background,this paper investigates the actual situation of physical cognition,physical training and sports injury of high-level women basketball players by means of literature and questionnaire,discusses the design idea of preventive physical training for lower limb injury of high-level women basketball players,and analyzes the constituent elements of preventive physical training for lower limb injury of high-level women basketball players from the controllable risk factors of sports injury.The experimental method and mathematical statistics method are used to verify the preventive intervention scheme of lower limb injury of high level women basketball players,which provides a reference for the scientific design and application of preventive physical training for basketball players.The main findings are as follows:Conclusion 1: The investigation shows that the lower limb injury is common in high-level female basketball players,so it is necessary to provide preventive physical training for the lower limb injury of high-level female basketball players.Conclusion 2: after 8 weeks of preventive physical intervention,the dynamic postural control ability,core stability,agility and speed quality,and lower limb strength of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group.Conclusion 3: High-level female basketball players can effectively improve the lower limb neuromuscular function and control ability and reduce the risk of lower limb sports injury through exercises of lower limb strength,balance and stability,rapid telescopic compound,speed and agility. |
