In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the innovation-oriented national strategy and the in-depth implementation of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",more and more subjects have joined the entrepreneurial wave. However, there are frequent malignant incidents such as Tesla brake failure,Qunar’s big data killing,Ele.me’s "false rewards" and so on,which undermine the bottom line of ethics.Ethical issues in the entrepreneurial period have attracted more and more attention from researchers and media.Effective identification of entrepreneurial ethical problems and in-depth analysis of its causes and solutions have become the top priority for high-quality development of entrepreneurial enterprises.Entrepreneurs are eager to succeed in starting a business. In the context of limited resources and intensified competition, entrepreneurs tend to pay more attention to whether the behavior can promote the success of starting a business, but ignore whether the behavior is ethical and moral in order to achieve their goals.Entrepreneurs do not pay attention to the dangers of unethical behavior until it results in serious consequences for their businesses. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the causes of unethical proorganizational behavior in entrepreneurial enterprises and to clarify the intermediate mechanism and boundary conditions for effectively preventing such behaviors. To a large extent, the personal characteristics of entrepreneurs affect their reasoning, judgment, behavioral tendency and behavior on moral issues, and further affect the future viability and development space of enterprises.Narcissism,as a stable personality trait, has been proved to be particularly related to entrepreneurship and closely related to non-ethical motivations and behaviors, but it has not been deeply studied in the field of entrepreneurial ethics. Therefore, based on social identity theory, this study proposes that entrepreneurial narcissism can stimulate psychological privilege and moral disengagement, and thus trigger unethical pro-organizational behavior. In addition,in order to explore the boundary conditions, based on the trait activation theory, this study proposed that industry moral constraints negatively moderated the mediating effect of psychological privilege and moral disengagement on unethical pro-organizational behavior, and thus constructed a moderated mediating model. In this study,a research model was constructed through literature review and theoretical analysis. The mature scales at home and abroad were used to determine the questionnaire items and then distributed to entrepreneurs.Finally,190 valid data were obtained. Then, descriptive analysis, confirmatory analysis and correlation analysis were carried out on 190 valid questionnaires using SPSS.19 and AMOS.23,and empirical test of the research hypothesis was carried out through regression analysis. The results show that there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial narcissism and unethical pro-organizational behavior, psychological privilege and moral disengagement play a full mediating role between the two,and industry moral constraint has a negative moderating effect on the mediating effect of psychological privilege and moral disengagement. Then the conclusion of this study is analyzed and explained, and based on this, relevant suggestions are put forward for management practice. Finally, based on the shortcomings of this study, suggestions are put forward for the follow-up research.
