| At present,the process of vocational education reform is accelerating in our country,and at the same time,it is constantly deepening.In this context of development,the development of secondary vocational education for persons with disabilities has gradually become a focus of attention in the academic world.This article will focus on the more employable deaf students among the disabled and explore the secondary vocational education in schools for the deaf.In the talent training system,the rationality and scientificity of the curriculum will greatly affect the talent training effect of secondary vocational education in schools for the deaf.Therefore,the research focus must turn to the curriculum of secondary vocational education.The cooking major is a traditional major in secondary vocational education in most schools for the deaf.It has the advantages of long development time and suitable for deaf students’ vision priority.Based on the cooking major will help to in-depth explore the problems of secondary vocational education curriculum for the deaf,and is more conducive to the innovation of thinking about running schools for the deaf and the improvement of the quality of talent training.The thesis takes the culinary major of the Deaf School in Q City as an example,adopts the method of interview and questionnaire survey,and takes school administrators,teachers,catering industry personnel,school and graduate students as the survey objects,and multi-angles the culinary major of the school.Investigate the reality of the curriculum.The study found that the school has such problems as the mismatch of curriculum goals and needs in the curriculum setting,lacking of integration between curriculum goals,irrational curriculum structure,lacking of guarantee for curriculum implementation,the singleness of curriculum evaluation subject,and insufficient understanding.In this regard,the thesis analyzes the reasons from the two dimensions of the school’s external and internal dimensions.Outside the school,due to the lack of curriculum standards for secondary vocational education for deaf students,school for the deaf can only follow the curriculum standards of general school vocational education.In addition,the poor employment environment and the low degree of corporate participation in talent training have led to the fact that the curriculum is out of the market and the training effect is not ideal.The school’s internal reasons mainly include: lack of theoretical guidance from curriculum developers and professional teachers;lack of adequate market research and student needs analysis in curriculum settings;insufficient attention to curriculum settings by school leaders;and lack of teachers.In response to the above problems,the thesis puts forward the following suggestions based on human capital theory and professional quality-based curriculum theory combined with market demand: 1.Set and integrate curriculum goals based on demand,not only to meet market demand,but also to fully consider the development of students’ demand.2.Scientifically and reasonably adjust the curriculum structure,balance class hours,optimize the setting of class sequence,and promote the balanced development of students’ cultural and theoretical knowledge,professional skills,and professional qualities.3.Update course content to meet market demand.4.Strengthen the guarantee for the implementation of courses.5.Improve the curriculum evaluation system. |
