Study On Spatial And Temporal Evolution And Influencing Factors Of Fewer Children In Counties Of Liaoning Province

In recent years,with the continuous decline of fertility levels in China,the problem of oligomerization in society is becoming more and more serious.Scholars have begun to study oligomerization gradually.Liaoning,as the lowest fertility area in Northeast China,is serious child-less,which significantly affects the balance of population structure and the stability and coordinated development of economy and society in this area.Only by analyzing the spatial and temporal evolution of oligomerization and analyzing the factors affecting the level of oligomerization in each region can we find the appropriate solutions to achieve the best results.This paper,from the spatial scale of county areas,selects the national census data of five and six general,and the relevant population and yearbook data of Liaoning Province.The paper takes multiple indicators as the judgment basis of the level of minority sub-urbanization in the county areas of Liaoning Province.The weight of each index is calculated by entropy method,and the number of subunits in each unit of county area in Liaoning Province has calculated The score of the comprehensive level of urbanization is analyzed by spatial statistical analysis method.The spatial autocorrelation analysis is made on the overall and local spatial autocorrelation of the total storyl of oligomerization in 100 districts and counties in Liaoning Province.The factors affecting the level of oligomerization in the county areas of Liaoning Province are quantified by using the geographically weighted regression model,including the factors of natural population change,economic development status,social development level The results show that the following factors are as follows:The minority child in Liaoning Province is always at a high level.The three indicators of the population coefficient,birth rate and total fertility rate of young children have been continuously reduced and lower than the national level.By 2010,it has entered into a society of oligomerization and has been developing in-depth.The story of oligomerization in county areas shows noticeable difference in space.The high-level areas are mainly concentrated in Shenyang and Dalian,and the low-level areas are mainly distributed in western Liaoning,the urban areas are higher than the level of minority in rural areas,and non-minority areas are higher than those of minority areas.There is spatial relationship between the minority level of county areas,and the spatial agglomeration features have a trend of strengthening.In local space,it shows the remarkable characteristics of the concentration from the level of oligomerization to the high-value area and the low-value area.The hot spot areas are mainly concentrated in Shenyang and Dalian,the cold spot area is mainly concentrated in the western Liaoning area,the sub hot spot area has the gradual expansion trend,and the county counties in the province have the trend of increasing The level of domain oligomerization is in the transition stage.The effect of each factor on the level of oligomerization in different regions is different from positive and negative correlation,and there are differences in spatial distribution and show certain regularity.From the regression coefficient obtained from the process of the geographically weighted regression model,the influencing factors with the level of oligomerization in county areas include per capita GDP and urbanization rate,which play a driving role in the development of oligomerization,At the same time,the negative correlation is natural growth rate,illiteracy rate of women and children and child-rearing ratio,which has an inhibitory effect on the development of oligomerization.Therefore,this paper puts forward six countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the serious excellent problem of county-level in Liaoning province.Based on fully implementing the "comprehensive second children",we should appropriately release the "three child" policy,improve the related expenses of education,medical treatment and social security,promote the reform of the housing system,increase the supply of the nursery services,provide the allowance for the generation to take care of the women,and improve the women.The method of protection of industrial rights and interests shall give preferential tax on enterprises for birth;and apply personal tax deduction and economic subsidy to parenting families.
