Research On Social Mobility Of Outstanding Retired Male Gymnasts In Jiangsu Province(2001-2020)

Excellent athletes,a special group,will have social mobility after retirement.The social mobility of retired gymnasts tends to be polarized,so we need to pay attention to the social mobility of the elite male gymnasts in Jiangsu Province.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical analysis and factor analysis,this paper studies the social mobility of retired elite male gymnasts in Jiangsu Province,and then reveals the social mobility and class transformation of their groups.Research conclusions: in recent 20 years,the social mobility of the retired elite male gymnasts in Jiangsu Province is characterized by(1)The general characteristics are upward intergenerational flow and horizontal intergenerational flow.Through the practice of competitive gymnastics,the upward intergenerational flow can be promoted.At the same time,individuals and society need to use their professional ability to serve the society;(2)The way of social mobility is mainly based on continuing higher education,The main purpose is self employment,and there are three interconnected routes and characteristics;(3)The influencing factors of social mobility are self induced factors,pre imposed factors and social environment factors.The most important factors affecting their social mobility are the postnatal experience and changeable sports performance of the respondents,ideological preparation and planning for reemployment,followed by the inherent uncontrollable socio-economic status of the family,and finally the development of national and social policies.
