Excellent athletes are the basic group of talents that help China’s sports industry to climb to the top.Female athletes,as an indispensable force in China’s competitive sports,support the sustainable development of China’s competitive sports.The value of its talents continues to play an important reference role until the placement of athletes retired.The government and the State Sports General Administration have always been concerned about the training and growth of athletes.From the central to the local level,a series of documents and specific measures covering the careers of athletes have been introduced in a planned way,step by step.This article summarizes the flow of retired female athletes in Hunan Province through research,which is conducive to driving the scientific training of athletes in various places and alternates,promoting the healthy and sustainable development of sports talents,enriching the research perspectives on the retired placement of related athletes,and constructing a new blueprint for the green development of sports talents.From the perspective of sociology,this article comprehensively uses literature data,questionnaire surveys,interviews,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the social mobility satisfaction of female athletes in Hunan Province who retired from 2014 to 2019.This article takes the changes in resettlement as the starting point,and studies the social mobility and the differences in satisfaction among various changes as the main line.At the same time,it emphasizes the factors that affect the mobile placement of retired female athletes in Hunan Province,highlights the attitude of the athletes,and aims to improve the satisfaction of female retired athletes in social mobility,and explore specific measures to improve the effectiveness of the placement of retired athletes.The study found that from 2014 to 2019,the resettlement policy for retired female athletes in Hunan Province was implemented well,the social security policy was comprehensively implemented,the training process was gradually scientific,and the quality of the talent team improved.Female retired athletes have a moderate degree of satisfaction with social mobility,and the highest degree of satisfaction in the dimension of "mobility expectations".Factors such as the level of education of the athletes,the degree of mastery of other professional quality skills,the degree of marketization of sports events,the burden of social security,and the channels for obtaining retirement information have an important impact on the satisfaction of social mobility of retired female athletes in Hunan Province.Therefore,timely updating of retired resettlement policies and measures,improving the quality of athletes’ sports capital conversion,attaching importance to revising the scientific training program of athletes,and increasing information assistance for retired placements can effectively improve the placement conditions of female retired athletes in Hunan Province and promote the social mobility of female retired athletes.
